Adieu 2016

2016 brought a lot of happiness and joy,

This year I thoroughly enjoyed,

Ups and downs  indeed I had,

But not for a moment, I let it make me sad,

366 days of this year are about to be over,

It is the time to be happy not to be sober,

Let we hope that this year will end on a high note,

So that the next year can be better than we expect,

I know it’s time to say goodbye, but instead, I will say “hi”,

“Hi” to new journeys and adventures in life,

Hope the upcoming 365 days fill your life with contentment and delight,

 May you get everything you preach for,

If you have had a rough year, I say,

“Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year.”

All the best for all the new happenings in life,

Please be ready to open up upon all life strife,
